Blog Questions
From this lab, I learned how careful you have to be when mixing chemicals because even the slightest bit of chemicals from another lab can leave a mark and change the product of the chemical reaction. In the lab group next to mine, there was most likely still chemicals from a previous lab that weren't properly cleaned so their solution turned pink while everyone else's turned a different color or stayed with the same appearance. Even though they add the correct chemicals for this lab, the chemicals from a previous experiment completely threw off their experiment.
